Rich is passionate about a lot of Things!  He enjoys people and looks for ways he can help them improve their life experience. Rich has an industrious nature and entrepreneurial spirit and he realized early on that a great way to support people was through business, helping empower them through mentoring, training, skill development and employment.  To this end, Rich pursued a BA in Psychology from UBC and a CPA/CMA in business and financial management.

For more than 25 years, Rich has driven all facets of many different businesses ranging in organizational structure and size from 1 to 425 people in several industries, implementing and managing strategic planning, operational efficiency, human resources, risk management, and with an emphasis over the past 13 years on financial management.  He has founded and run three small businesses to bring them from inception to fruition, developing corporate culture and building relationships with stakeholders.  A fearlessness to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty along with an innate curiosity, attention to detail yet focus on outcomes make Rich a good observer and listener as he seeks to learn about the mud on clients’ boots and how he can best apply his broad business knowledge and experience to benefit and fit with specific clients’ needs and abilities.
